RG 4614 – New Information System for Companies

Through the RG 4614, it establishes an information regime that must be complied with by the administrators of payment processing services through electronic or digital management platforms and for the subjects that manage, manage, control or process asset movements through electronic or digital management platforms for the account and order of human or legal persons resident in the country or abroad.

The information must be submitted by electronic data transfer or information exchange through “webservices” called “Presentation of DDJJ – contributing profile”, until the 15th of the month following the monthly period reported.

The aforementioned regimes are applicable for operations that are made as of 1/11/2019, therefore the first presentations will be made in the month of December of the current.
