Today, the AFIP, through the RG 4557/2019, regulated a Payment Facility Regime for debts due as of 08/15/2019 (inclusive).   The mentioned regime includes the following types of plans:  
  • Tax and social security debts, including withholdings and tax payments.
  • Obligations corresponding to subjects adhered to the Monotax and Autonomous Workers Regime.
  • Obligations included in payment facility plans, whose expiration date has operated during the month of July 2019.
